  4. Voting in both the House of Commons and the Lords is 
  5. unusual among modern Parliaments in that no electronic 
  6. methods are used. Instead, members vote verbally, in the 
  7. first instance - and then, if no clear result is achieved, 
  8. through the traditional process known as the Division.
